The house has no elevator (not suitable for people with reduced mobility).
History side
Respecting its soul, the house has been perfectly restored, giving it all the charm and presence of its time, and providing it with a very high level of comfort: air-conditioned rooms, motion detection switches, high-speed fiber wifi in all the rooms and the garden, flat screen televisions with ChromCast, a vast outdoor space covered by a Saharan tent, and soon a heated swimming pool with a balneo area (spring 2022).
